The Champions League draw did not produce the highly-anticipated Manchester City v Pep Guardiola encounter, but nevertheless we should still be in for some cracking semi-finals.
The Citizens will play Real Madrid in their first ever venture into the Champions League last four, while their future manager Guardiola will tackle Atletico Madrid with Bayern Munich.
Los Blancos are 10-time European Champions and have Cristiano Ronaldo spearheading one of the most lethal attacks in the world, but City might not be too disappointed with their pairing.
Avoiding Guardiola would have been a sigh of relief for everybody involved at the Etihad Stadium, while Atletico are feared opponents after knocking out mighty Barcelona in the quarter-finals.
Indeed, half of Twitter seems to think that the Blues were lucky to get the easiest possible semi-final opponent, but the other half feel the same about Madrid and anticipated a City battering!

I think #MCFC should be happy with that. Potentially the easiest draw to be fair. You know, comparatively. #UCLDraw
