Arsenal & Tottenham target to be priced out of transfer; loan deal still possible

Jordon Ibe is looking to leave Liverpool this summer and is attracting interest from Premier League trio Watford, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur, according to Squawka.

Squawka claims that Ibe is intent on playing more regular first-team football next season after only completing 90 minutes twice in the Premier League this campaign.

Liverpool remain very hopeful over the 20-year-old’s potential and would price any suitor out of a permanent transfer, but may consider a loan move, Squawka reports.

That would probably rule Arsenal and Tottenham out of the running to sign him, with Liverpool unlikely to lend one of their most promising young talents to a direct rival.

Watford could be the perfect fit. The Hornets enjoyed an excellent first half of the season, but have lacked attacking spark in 2016, and Ibe could bring them pace and power.

The speedy winger has played 39 times for the Reds this term, although only 10 appearances have been league starts, and he has featured less regularly as the season has gone on.
