The England international has been in excellent form this season, having scored 25 goals in 36 league goals this season, helping the Lilywhites to the brink of a return to the Champions League.
According to the tabloid, the forward is set to receive a new wage of £100,000 per week, which will double his existing £50,000-per-week deal.
The DM note that Spurs currently have a wage cap of £80,000 per week, but that they would be willing to break this glass ceiling to tie down Kane, who has proved this term that he was not a one-season wonder after his magnificent showing last season.
