Following their historic title triumph, Leicester City will be allowed to wear a special ‘champions’ badge on their kits next season.

While league champions are typically allowed to wear a champions badge on their kits, a combination of Leicester’s victory and the Premier League’s rebrand means that they will wear a never-before-seen patch—featuring the division’s new lion logo.

The Foxes also wore their snazzy new kit for the 2016-17 campaign when they took on Everton in their final home game of the season.

The listless Toffees were dispatched 3-0 by Claudio Ranieri’s side on Saturday, following an emotional pre-match celebration including a performance of Nessun Dorma, as performed by Andrea Bocelli.

After the match, which was won following a Jamie Vardy double and an Andy King strike, the Foxes were awarded the EPL title, which was held aloft before the jubilant King Power Stadium by captain Wes Morgan and manager Ranieri.
