Celtic are champions of Scotland. AGAIN!
The Boys In Green sealed their status as champions of Scotland for a fifth straight year on Sunday by beating title rivals Aberdeen 3-2 at Parkhead.
Celtic’s first two goals, including this long-range opener, came courtesy of Manchester City loanee Patrick Roberts.
Mikael Lustig made it 3-0 shortly after half time, before Niall McGinn and Andrew Considine gave away fans false hope of a comeback.
A draw would have sealed the title for Celtic, who began the game nine points head of Aberdeen with only nine left to play for.
In truth, the race was already over due to Celtic superior goal difference, but this win ended Aberdeen’s challenge mathematically.
