Manchester United have begun to open a line of discussions with Chelsea over the signing of Nemanja Matic.
According to Italian pundit and transfer guru Gianluca Di Marzio, the Red Devils have made initial contact with their bitter Premier League rivals with a view to discussing a potential move for the Serbian international.
While the powerhouse midfielder struggled last season, falling way short of his usual standards, he has already demonstrated just what he can do in the Premier League.
