Two West Ham transfer targets revealed by Hammers boss, including former Chelsea youngster

West Ham United are set for a busy summer and manager Slaven Bilic has named two of the players he is keen on signing.

Besiktas pair Gokhan Tore and Atiba Hutchinson are both on Bilic’s wishlist.

Tore, now 24, may be known to some fans of English football, as he was on Chelsea’s books as a youngster between 2009 and 2011, although he never made a senior appearance.

Bilic is quoted by Sky Sports as saying: “Yes I want Gokhan Tore and Atiba Hutchinson, they are both targets we also have others but they are major targets. Will it happen? Nobody can say yet – but we want them.

“I want one transfer for both. More than one thing has to happen for this deal. When a club wants a player it depends on how much they (Besiktas) want to sell a player and how much they are asking.”

Winger Tore scored four goals and provided six assists in 24 Super Lig games last season.

Meanwhile, 33-year-old Hutchinson, who has 75 senior caps for Canada, scored two and set up another in 34 games, playing at right-back and in defensive midfield.

West Ham finished seventh in the Premier League last season, while Besiktas were crowned champions of Turkey.
