Is Arsenal goalkeeper Petr Cech a genius or what? The veteran stopper is working diligently on his craft as he represents the Czech Republic in Euro 2016 and prepares to defend his Golden Glove title at Emirates Stadium. So how exactly did the Arsenal superstar utilize water bottles in his training?
A video from AtTheBuzzer showed Cech training by defending the net behind a pile of strewn around water-bottles. The kicker would then hit the ball into the water bottles, causing the ball to ricochet in random directions. Cech would then be challenged to think quickly and defend the crazy shot.
