Manchester United are ready to make Neymar a much wealthier man if he leaves Camp Nou and joins up with Jose Mourinho.
According to the Daily Star, Manchester United have offered Neymar a £13.3 million-a-year salary if he accepts a move to Old Trafford – roughly £350,000-a-week for 38 weeks of Premier League football.
The club are reportedly one of several teams offering to pay his £158.1 million release clause. Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain are the other two.
The 24-year-old Brazilian was a finalist for the 2015 FIFA Ballon d’Or, ultimately losing out to Barcelona teammate Lionel Messi. He finished the 2015-16 campaign with a career-high 24 league goals, plus 12 La Liga assists.
