France have left Iceland out in the cold in the Euro 2016 quarter-finals as they went up 4-0 before the end of the first half, thanks to two late goals by Dimitri Payet and Antoine Griezmann.

Not content to let Dimitri Payet take possession of the Golden Boot standings, Antoine Griezmann added his name to the score tally, notching his fourth of the tournament to take the top spot and a 4-0 lead for France just before the half.

Suffice it to say, Iceland will be lucky if they can avoid a historic loss – let alone find a way to get back into this one.
