Robin van Persie could be on his way back to the Premier League after falling out of favour at Fenerbahce just a season after joining from Manchester United.

According to the Daily Mail the Premier League duo West Ham and Crystal Palace have been offered the chance to sign the Netherlands international.

Van Persie’s agent Jacobus Cornelis Vos – from the Dutchman’s management company – refused to comment on speculation linking his client with a return to London over the summer transfer window.

Despite scoring 22 goals in all competitions for the Yellow Canaries Van Persie fell out with Fenerbahce boss Vitor Pereira who refused to show him favouritism and regularly left the 32-year-old on the bench.

Van Persie does have another two-years remaining on his current contract and has years of Premier League experience having played for both Arsenal and Manchester United.

The experinced striker provided three assists and scored 22 goals in 48 appearances in all competitions for Fenerbahce this season.
