Everton are preparing a move for Besiktas winger Kerim Frei according to Sporx.
The former Fulham youth has attracted the interest of Ronaldo Koeman who is reported to have made an enquiry for the Turkish international.
The Istanbul giants value Frei as being €7 million and the 22-year-old does have another two-years remaining on his contract.
Besiktas are keen on keeping Frei at the club following star winger Gokhan Tore being loaned out to West Ham for the season.
The Black Eagles are however, under pressure from FFP and if their asking price is met they may just consider parting ways with the young winger.
Frei is familiar with Premier League football having first made a name for himself at Fulham who played top-tier football when he was at the club two-years ago.
The Turkish international provided five assists and scored five times in all competitions for the Turkish champions last season.
