Chelsea and Arsenal have both been closely linked with a move for Barcelona midfielder Arda Turan according to the Sun.
The report claims that the Premier League giants are both considering a move for the Turkish international midfielder and that he could be available on a cut-price £23 million deal despite joining the La Liga champions for more last season.
Fanatik are now claiming that Turan has also attracted interested from China and that an unnamed club is preparing a large offer for the 29-year-old.
Despite being linked with almost a new club every day Turan’s agent Ahmet Bulut is adamant that reports linking his client with a move away from Spain are actually false.
The experienced midfielder has one every domestic trophy in Spain and every European trophy except the Champions League.
