Barcelona have revealed the conditions on which they will be willing to let Arda Turan go this summer according to the Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo.

The report states that the La Liga giants firstly want to recoup the €34 million spent on Turan last summer. Barcelona also require the Turkish international to hand in a transfer request if he is to leave the club.

Meanwhile, The Daily Star report that both Arsenal and Chelsea are interested in making a move the the 29-year-old midfielder.

The news however comes amid a statement from Turan’s agent Ahmet Bulut which states that his client is happy to be at Barcelona.

“The interest is normal but the rumours saying he is leaving Barcelona are false, he is happy at the club,” Turan’s agent, Ahmet Bulut told the Guardian.

The Turkish international made 18 La Liga appearances for Barcelona last season. Turan did however make his debut in January due to a transfer ban imposed on Barcelona by UEFA.
