Everton demand €10 million for star striker

Everton are refusing to budge on Oumar Niasse’s buy-out clause during negotiations with Galatasaray.

A source within the Istanbul based club has revealed to Caught-Offsides Eren Sarigul that Galatasaray want to include an option to sign Niasse within the loan agreement. However, while the Lion’s want the figure to be set at €5.5 million, Everton are refusing to dip below €10 million.

Furthermore, Everton want a 30 percent cut of Niasse’s transfer fee if he is sold on in the future.

The Senegal international joined Everton for €16 million six months ago but has struggled to adapt to the Premier League. Niasse failed to find the back of the net in five league appearances.

According to the Liverpool Echo, Niasse is expected to leave Everton this summer. The 26-year-old was left out from the squad which takes on Barnsley in a pre-season friendly on Saturday.

Niasse has previously played in the Turkish Super League for Akhisar Belediyespor.
