Rangers became the latest side to be linked with Fenerbahce striker Robin van Persie when his betting odds to join the Scottish giants were slashed.
Skybet made Rangers favourites to sign Van Persie cutting his odds to join the club to 1.62.
Stoke City meanwhile are second favourites in terms of odds to sign the experienced striker with odds of 3.75.
Middlesbrough, Everton, Feyenoord, Ajax, PSG, West Ham, Arsenal, Barcelona, Leicester, Real Madrid and Lazio have all been given odds as well.
A source close to the Fenerbahce has however, told Emre Sarigul that Van Persie is happy in Turkey and expected to stay at the club. The Yellow Canaries held talks with Van Persie and his agent following a loan bid with Stoke City and agreed for the striker to remain at the club next season.
The 32-year-old striker still has another two-years remaining on his current deal and is almost certain to be given a star role for Fenerbahce.
The Yellow Canaries finished last season as runners-up and booked a place in the Champions League qualification stage as a result.
