Chelsea youngster Bertrand Traore has been the subject of an offer from the Turkish Super League giants Galatasaray according to the Turkish outlet Fotomac.

The report states that the Lions want to loan the Burkina Faso international on a season long deal with an option to buy included. Fotomac goes onto say that Galatasaray boss Jan Olde Riekerink is keen to sign the young striker.

The Istanbul giants have been on the look-out for a new striker after selling Burak Yilmaz to the Chinese Super League at the beginning of the year. The Istanbul Giants are also close to completing the transfer of the Switzerland international Eren Derdiyok according to Haberler.

Traore made his breakthrough for Chelsea last season under Guus Hiddink and score five goals and provided one assist in 18 appearances. The young striker has two years remaining on his contract with the Blues.

Chelsea take on their London rivals West Ham United for the opening game of the season.
