Everton’s Senegal international striker Oumar Niasse is set to leave Everton following a disastrous six months at the club according to the Daily Mail.

The report states that the Istanbul Giants Galatasaray are in talks with Everton over a €1 million loan deal for the 26-year-old.

Interestingly Nisasse joined Everton in February from the Russian side Lokomotiv Moscow for £13.5 million on but has failed to impress in the Premier League. The 26-year-old has failed to find the back of the net in five league appearances.

Everton boss Ronald Koeman left Niasse out of Everton’s pre-season squad and the Senegal international has played just 152 minutes of football over the summer.

According to the Turkish newspaper Hurriyet, Galatasaray are front runners to sign the Niasse this summer. The daily Turkish newspaper states that Everton want Galatasaray to accept a €10 million buyout clause option if they are to loan Niasse to the Istanbul giants

Niasse is is no stranger to Turkey having first made a name for himself at Akhisar.
