(Video) Paul Pogba concern for Manchester United as he tells Juventus fans he’ll stay and aim for Champions League

Two Juventus fans tracked down Paul Pogba in New York and questioned him over his future as he continues to be linked with a move to Manchester United.

According to The Telegraph, the 23-year-old is a ‘matter of hours away’ from completing his return to United after weeks of speculation.

The expectation is that he will move back to the Premier League giants after leaving them in 2012 on a free transfer, despite the fact that Juve are in a strong position to compete on all fronts next season.

Some will interpret the French international’s comments below as a suggestion that he will stay, as he agrees with the fans and says he’s staying with the Bianconeri, and also agrees that they will target the Champions League next season.

However, it comes with an obvious word of warning in that he is merely just agreeing with the supporters and he’s hardly going to tell them that he’s off to United after months of secrecy over his future.

It seems like the easy way out for Pogba in terms of brushing off the questioning, but there are genuine reasons as to why he would stay in Italy with the Turin giants.

Nevertheless, whatever the final decision is, both clubs will hope to see a conclusion to the matter sooner rather than later as the new season continues to edge closer with details of his move yet to be agreed upon.

Having been given additional time off after featuring at Euro 2016, Pogba will need to return to training with the Premier League season under two weeks away, while Serie A starts a week later.

In turn, while he may be enjoying himself in New York now, the questions and second guessing will have to stop eventually, and it remains to be seen whether or not he has merely given some Juve fans false hope with his comments below.
