Manchester United target subject to bid from Dutch giants

Manchester United target Bruma is the subject of an €8 million bid for the Eredivisie giants PSV.

The Turkish newspaper Milliyet state that PSV have increased their €6 million initial bid to €8 million for Galatasaray star Bruma. The report goes onto say that the Portuguese ace has already told PSV that he wants to reman at Galatasaray however PSV are continuing efforts to sign the Portuguese winger before his stock rises.

Meanwhile, a source close to the player told Caught Offside’s Eren Sarigul that Galatasaray are aware of interest from Manchester United  but they want to keep Bruma for at least another season.

The 21-year-old caught the eye of Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho last week when he scored against the Red Devils in Sweden.

“He [Mourinho] congratulated me for the performance and said he was impressed with me,” Bruma told Fanatik.

“He promised to closely monitor my work and said I could play for the national team soon.

“Of course it was amazing to hear this from Mourinho and he said he will keep an eye on how I do this season.”

Bruma, who joined Galatasaray for €10 million move from Sporting Lisbon in 2013, has scored five goals in six pre-season this summer.
