Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Eric Bailly will make their Premier League debuts for Manchester United as they take on Bournemouth on Sunday.
The pair were part of a significant summer transfer spree from Jose Mourinho, as he eyes a successful first year in charge of the English giants.
However, fellow new signing Henrikh Mkhitaryan will have to be content with a place on the bench against Eddie Howe’s men, but will be expected to play some part with Juan Mata preferred to partner Wayne Rooney and Anthony Martial behind Ibrahimovic.
Meanwhile, Paul Pogba misses out due to suspension, which in turn will give him additional time to improve his match fitness after being given an extended break following his exploits at Euro 2016 earlier this summer.
In turn, all the attention will now be on Ibrahimovic who will be tasked with leading the line for the Red Devils and providing the creative and clinical spark in the final third that they’ve been missing.
As for Bournemouth, Howe has handed debuts to Lewis Cook and Jordon Ibe, as he plots a way of ruining Mourinho’s debut on the United bench in the Premier League.
