Chelsea have strength in depth.

Their bench on Monday night proved that.

However, Antonio Conte’s squad is bigger and stronger still, because there are 23 Chelsea players on loan right now.

And just under half of them feature in the incredible XI below.

Of these 11 players, five have been played at senior international level, winning 66 caps between them, while the team has 89 U20 and U21 caps in total.

In terms of first-team appearances for Chelsea though, only Baba Rahman (15), Andreas Christensen (1), Nathan Ake (5), Bertrand Traore (10) and Tammy Abraham (2) have played Premier League football for the Blues.

Whether Chelsea fans actually ever see any of this lot again remains to be seen, but there is certainly some tremendous talent on the books at Stamford Bridge.

There are a further 12 Chelsea players currently out on loan (other than the 11 shown in the above graphic). They are Lewis Baker, Mitchell Beeney, Charly Musonda, Joao Rodriguez, Jeremie Boga, Tomas Kalas, Alex Kiwomya, Jordan Houghton, Alex Davey, Danilo Pantic, Jamal Blackman and Izzy Brown.
