Chelsea’s Germany international winger Marko Marin is set to leave Stamford Bridge on his fifth loan deal since joining the Blues.
According to the Turkish newspaper Fanatik, Marin is set to join the Greek Super League side Olympiakos on a season-long loan.
The 27-year-old made the move to Chelsea from Werder Bremen for £6.8 million back in 2012.Marin has however failed to convince at Stamford Bridge since moving to the Premier League .
Marin also disappointed while at Trabzonspor lasts season, providing five assists and scoring two goals in 29 appearances in all competitions.
The experienced winger was one of 26 players to be loaned out by Chelsea when he joined Trabzonspor this summer. The Blues also loaned out Kenneth Omeruo to fellow Super League club Kasimpasa. Besiktas have also been linked with a move for Marko Marin according to Fotomac.
Chelsea take on Bristol Rovers in the League Cup tomorrow evening.
