Liverpool’s star midfielder Emre Can has taken to social media to reveal his training methods.
The 22-year-old Germany international uploaded a picture to Instagram of himself along with a foam roller – a fitness instrument used to aid stretching.
Can sat out of Liverpool’s 1-1 draw with Tottenham over the weekend after suffering an ankle injury during the week. The box-to-box midfielder has played just 45 mintues of football this season following an extended summer break after Euro 2016.
