Arsenal’s star playmaker Mesut Ozil shared a video clip to social medial of him having a kick around with his dog Balboa.
Ozil’s four-legged friend did however show some impressive technique in dispossessing the 27-year-old when he attempts to chip the ball over Balboa’s head.
Perhaps Ozil’s dog could be drafted in to bolster Arsene Wenger’s options in defence.

Arsenal take on Southampton this weekend in the Premier League. Ozil is expected to start following his goal against Watford last weekend.
