The Manchester derby has seen some classic goals over the years but the Red Devils feel that Wayne Rooney’s overhead kick back in 2013 could be the greatest ever.
Manchester United shared a picture designed by a fan of Rooney lining up for the overhead kick on their official Twitter account alongside the caption: “The greatest goal ever scored in a Manchester derby?”
The goal ended up securing a vital 2-1 win en route to the Red Devils record 19th league title.
