PSG v Arsenal – Probable lineups, injury updates

Posted by

Arsenal kick-off their UEFA Champions League campaign against the Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain on Tuesday evening.

The Gunners go into the game in high spirits following back-to-back wins over Waford FC and Southampton in the Premier League.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger does however go into the game with a couple selection headaches. Per Mertesacker, Gabriel, Danny Welbeck, Carl Jenkinson, and Aaron Ramsey are ruled out with injuries while Koscielny is a slight doubt.

Mustafi and Perez – who made their Arsenal debuts over the weekend – are both in-line to start for the Gunners tomorrow.

PSG go into the clash having lost key names over the summer including Zlatan Ibrahimovic and David Luiz.

PSG v Arsenal:

Kick-Off: 19:45
Stadium: Parc des Princes

Arsenal’s probable lineup: Cech; Bellerin, Mustafi, Koscielny, Monreal; Cazorla, Xhaka, Coquelin; Sanchez, Perez, Ozil.

Paris Saint-Germain’s probable lineup: Trapp; Meunier, Marquinhos, Silva, Kurzawa; Motta, Matuidi, Verratti; Moura, Cavani, Ben Arfa.
