Man City v Monchengladbach – Confirmed lineups, Gundogan starts

Manchester City take on the Bundesliga giants Borussia Monchengladbach tonight in the UEFA Champions Leauge.

The game was set to be played yesterday however, the game was postponed following adverse weather conditions in Manchester. City come into the game in high spirits following a dominating 2-1 victory over their bitter rivals Manchester United.

City manager Pepe Guardiola has made changes to the starting line-up he named yesterday. Summer signing Ilkay Gundogan has been handed his debut for City in midfield.

The Citizens are unbeaten under Guardiola so far and will be looking to keep the winning run going tonight against the Bundesliga side.

The Argentina international Sergio Aguero has returned to the starting line-up. Aguero missed Saturday’s derby after receiving a suspension after allegedly elbowing West Ham’s Winston Reid in the face.

Meanwhile, Monchengladbach come into tonights game following a disappointing 3-1 defeat at the hands of Freiburg on Saturday.
