Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has given an update on Cesc Fabregas amid talk linking the midfielder with a move away from Stamford Bridge.

According to Sky Sports News, AC Milan are the latest club to be linked with a move for Fabregas.

However, Sky say Conte is adamant that the 29-year-old is going nowhere.

“We all know know Cesc is a fantastic player, and I’m pleased to see him in every training session with a great attitude,” Conte is quoted as saying by Sky.

“If he continues in this way it will be a very difficult choice for me. But I want this from my players – to put in my mind many doubts.

“We all know that Cesc is a great technical player, but I am also starting to know him as a man and he is fantastic.”

Fabregas has not yet started a Premier League game this season and has only received 26 minutes of top-flight game time so far this term.

This is a huge comedown from the 2014-15 season in which the former Arsenal captain provided 18 assists to fire the Blues to Premier League glory.

Last season was not half has prolific as Fabregas only came up with seven assists in 37 league outings.
