Borussia Monchengladbach had their initial match against Manchester City on Tuesday at the Etihad cancelled due to torrential rain.
The Champions League clash was moved to Wednesday and City ended up rolling the Bundesliga side over with a 4-0 victory.
The Gladbach social media team asked City if they would consider a third game following the defeat via twitter after the official Champions League account failed to list the result from the match in their tweet – it was worth a try I guess.
