Rangers star midfielder Joey Barton has issued a statement via his Twitter account following a training ground bust up.
According to the BBC, Barton has been told to stay away from the team aftera training ground row. The 34-year-old is expected to miss Saturday’s home Premiership match with Ross County.
Barton was heavily criticised following his sides heavy defeat to rivals Celtic last weekend.
The former England international issued a response via social media where he stated that he respects the managers decision.
