Manchester City summer signing Ilkay Gundogan made his debut in the 4-0 victory over Borussia Monchengladbach in the Champions League on Wednesday.
Gundogan started for City and played his first game since recovering from a knee injury.
The 25-year-old was moved by the support and patience City fans have shown him since joining the club and sent out a video to his followers on Twitter.

City take on Bournemouth next in the Premier League and Gundogan will be available for team selection.
