Southampton kicked off their Europa League campaign with a 3-0 win over Sparta Prague at St Mary’s thanks to a Charlie Austin brace and a goal from Rodriguez.
The opening goal did however, almost spark a fight between Austin and Tadic as they wrestled for the ball over who would take the penalty.
Eventually team captain Virgil Van Dijk had to step in and instruct Dusan Tadic to let Austin take the penalty – which he converted.
Austin now has two goals in four appearances for the Saints in all competitions.
