Tottenham have to perfect opportunity to bounce back from their disappointing defeat to Monaco in the UEFA Champions League when they host Sunderland at White Hart Lane today.

The Black Cats come into today’s fixture having lost three of their four Premier League fixtures. David Moyes is still looking for his first win this season as his side sit in 19th place with just one point.

Sunderland’s Lee Cattermole and Steven Pienaar are in line to be named in Moyes’ starting line-up after the duo returned to training this week.

Meanwhile, Victor Anichebe, Vito Mannone, Sebastian Larsson and striker Fabio Borini are all ruled out with injuries.

Tottenham will once again be able to call upon Mousa Dembele who has returned from injury this week. The Belgium international featured during the Spurs defeat to Monaco on Tuesday.

The north London based side will however be without Danny Rose who is ruled out with a hamstring strain.
