Arsenal fans were relieved when Arsenal Wenger signed Lucas Perez this summer, but, if they are being honest, most of them had never heard of him.
They know who he is now because the Spaniard has followed up his first Gunners goal with a gorgeous second.
After bagging Arsenal’s second of the night from the penalty spot, Lucas danced around the Nottingham Forest goalkeeper to put Wenger’s men 3-0 up in Tuesday’s EFL Cup tie.

It seems as though he may have unearthed another gem.
Granit Xhaka scored Arsenal’s first from long range.
