Tottenham take on Gillingham FC in the League Cup tonight as they look to progress to the quarter finals.
Mauricio Pochettino has rotated his starting lineup heavily following the weekend win over Sunderland in the Premier League.
Tottenham fans will be hoping Jansen can get on the scoresheet seeing that he will be filling in for the injured Harry Kane.
The England international suffered an ankle injury during Tottenham’s 1-0 win over Sunderland over the weekend. According to the Guardian, Spurs fear that their star man may be out for up to ten weeks.
The injury may see Kane miss the North London derby with Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium on November 6.
