Arsenal are one of the most well supported clubs in England and as a result players contracted to the club end up tapping into that fan base as summer signing Lucas Perez found out recently.
The striker has seen his social media following soar since joining the Gunners and now has over 100,000 followers on Twitter and Instagram – a stat he proudly shared on both social media accounts.
Arsenal have 8.09 million Twitter followers, 7.8 million Instagram and an incredible 36 million likes on Facebook.
