Manchester United vs Leicester: Ungrateful Foxes fans want Claudio Ranieri out after defeat

Football fans are known for having short memories however, you would have thought Claudio Ranieri was immune from fan criticism following his exploits last season.

Unfortunately for the Italian tactician, supporters are calling for his head just four months after leading Leicester to Premier League glory.

Foxes fans were fuming after Ranieri decided to take Jamie Vardy and Riyad Mahrez off at half time.

Leicester suffered an embarrassing 4-1 defeat at the hands of Manchester United at Old Trafford on Saturday. Angry Leicester fans took to Twitter to vent their frustrations at the Italian manager using the hashtag #ranieriout.

United were 4-0 up at half time following goals from Chris Smalling, Juan Mata, Rashford and Paul Pogba. Demarai Gray scored a stunning consolation goal midway through the second half for the Foxes.

Leicester take on FC Porto in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday evening before hosting Southampton at the King Power stadium next weekend.
