Ronaldo gave Real Madrid a vital lead in Dortmund, but Los Blancos have squandered their advantage in comic fashion, as you can see in the video below.

While the ball richoeted in off Raphael Varane, it will be Real Madrid’s keeper Keylor Navas who takes the blame for this one. His weak block of a Dortmund free kick was neither a punch nor a catch, and fired the ball directly at the hapless Varane, who could only watch as the ball trickled over the line.

There’s plenty of time left in this one, and Dortmund will hope to use their home advantage to take the lead for the first time in the game.
