Barcelona star striker Luis Suarez is widely considered as being one of the most dangerous strikers on the planet having scored 92 goals in 106 games for the La Liga champions.
Arsenal legend Ray Parlour believes that Tottenham striker Harry Kane has the ability to surpass Suarez and be a better forward in the long run.
Parlour did admit that Suarez is currently the superior striker but he feels Kane has what it takes to develop into a better player.
The former Arsenal man underlined Kane’s key strengths and also revealed that he could end up being the future for the England national team.
Speaking on talkSPORT, Parlour said: “Would Harry Kane be better than Suarez at the moment? Probably not. But he could develop into a better player than Suarez – he has got all the attributes to do that.
“He is a great finisher, his work rate is excellent as well, just like Suarez. Harry is certainly a player who can be the future for England.”
Kane has scored 51 Premier League goals in 88 games for the North London based outfit. The 23-year-old has a total of 66 goals for Spurs in 133 appearances for Tottenham in all competitions.
The powerful striker has a decent return at international level having scored five times in 17 appearances for England.
