Chelsea v Leicester – Probable lineups and injury news

Chelsea take on the reigning Premier League champions Leicester City in today’s early fixture.

The Blues have been inconsistent following their strong start to the season. Chelsea were unbeaten until captain John Terry suffered an ankle injury. Antonio Conte’s side went on to lose three of their four games played without the former England international in defence.

Conte alleviated some of the pressure on him after his side recored a 2-0 win over Hull City in the previous round of games. The Italian tactician received a further boost following Terry’s return to first team training this week.

Meanwhile, Leicester City have also made a slow start to their league campaign however, have maintained a perfect record in the UEFA Champions League. The Foxes come into today’s encounter free of any major injury problems.
