Liverpool did not have a lot to cheer about following their clash against Manchester United other than their first clean sheet in the Premier League this season.
The Reds had built a reputation as possessing one of the most dangerous attacking forces in the league and went into the derby having scored 18 goals.
The fans did however, turn out in full force and support the Reds from kick off to the final whistle. Liverpool thanked their loyal supporters on the official club twitter account after the game sharing a picture of head coach Jurgen Klopp and team captain Jordan Henderson clapping their hands.

Liverpool could have moved into first place in the league with a victory but ended up remain in fourth spot on 17 points.
