Manchester City suffered a 4-0 defeat at the hands of Barcelona at the Camp Nou in the Champions League on Wednesday evening.
City boss Pep Guardiola revealed after the game that he felt Claudio Bravo getting sent off was a defining moment. Guardiola stated that his side were still very much in the game until the red card incident but that they struggled to compete afterwards.
Despite the crushing loss Guardiola felt that his side played with personality just as he asked. City will have to do more than play with personality if they want to stop Barca in Group C. The reigning La Liga champions are currently top of the group with a maximum nine points from three games and take on City next at the Etihad.
