Manchester United got out of second gear on Thursday night as they thrashed Fenerbahce 4-1 in the Europa League.
What was the highlight of the game? Paul Pogba’s brace, perhaps? Nope, at least not according to Juan Mata.
Mata fell face first into the ground at Old Trafford at one point during the game.
Instead of acting all embarrassed by the episode, former Chelsea star Mata attempted to see the funny side.
He even accompanied his Instagram post with the banterous hashtag #vegandiet, referring to the fact he was forced to eat grass as a direct result of the impact.
