Before today, N’Golo Kante had scored just one goal in 45 Premier League matches.
So, the fact even he got in on the act as Manchester United were destroyed at Stamford Bridge on Sunday served as confirmation that Chelsea were officially taking the p***.

Kante scored Chelsea’s fourth of the afternoon – from their fourth shot on target – to put the icing on the cake that was a 4-0 victory over a United side managed by former Blues boss Jose Mourinho.
And, in fairness, it was a pretty lovely goal, displaying the sort of attacking composure that belies his poor goals record.
His teammates certainly seemed to love it as almost everyone got involved in an energetic group celebration.
One person who did not love it was Mourinho, who will surely want to get back on his bus and drive home as soon as possible.
