Chelsea centre-back Kurt Zouma had a few reasons to be happy this week. After playing his first 45 minutes of competitive football since his lengthy injury the France international went onto celebrate his 22nd birthday a few days later.
The Blues sent Zouma a happy birthday tweet alongside a picture of the defender looking fully fit in a Chelsea shirt.

Zoom played 45 minutes for Chelsea’s U23 side after making his comeback from a serious knee injury. The powerful defender is expected to still require more time to reach full match fitness.
