John Terry has taken to social media to reveal that he cleaned the kits, showers, toilets and boots while he was a youth player at the Blues.
The former England international has spent his entire career at Chelsea and came though the ranks to become the Blues captain.
Terry shared a photo of himself aged 16 on his Instagram along with the following caption, “16 years old. Cleaning the kit, showers, toilets and boots was a great learning experience coming through the ranks and something the kids miss out on today.”
Chelsea take on Everton in the Premier League this weekend as they look to continue their four game winning run.
