Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has been ruled out of the Premier League clash against Swansea City at the Liberty Stadium on Saturday according to the official club website.

Pogba started in the 2-1 defeat against Fenerbahce at the Sukru Saracoglu stadium in the Europa League on Thursday evening.

The France international only lasted 30 minutes before picking up an injury and being forced off.

Pogba was limping before he was eventually substituted off for Zlatan Ibrahimovic but the club have yet to release a statement regarding the severity of his injury.

The 23-year-old midfielder has been a first team regular for United since making his record breaking move from Juventus over the summer.

United coach Jose Mourinho will have a tough decision over who will replace Pogba against Swansea City.

Pogba has made a total of 14 appearances in all competitions for the Red Devils scoring just once and failing to provide a single assist.
