(Photo) Chelsea send shout out to sole Blues star called up to England national team

England national team manager Gareth Southgate revealed his international call-up on Sunday evening.

Southgate called up just one Chelsea player in Gary Cahill and his club send a shout out to their sole man in the England setup on twitter soon afterwards along with a picture of the centre-back.

Cahill is currently a first-team player in the best performing defensive side in the Premier League. The Blues have not conceded a single goal in their last five league games.

England take on Scotland and European giants Spain next over the the next fortnight.
