England U21s beat Italy U21s 3-2 in the international friendly played on Thursday evening.
England U21s extended their unbeaten run to 15 games in the process and it was Southampton defender Jack Stephens who ended up scoring the winning goal.
The official England twitter account shared a video clip – in slow motion – of the winning goal. Stephens managed to beat the goalkeeper with a header which the keeper did manage to save but only after the ball was deemed by the referee to have crossed the line.
